Chapter 56: I Came To Take Mrs. He Home (3)
Actually, she was pretty much fine, not sure how Cai Jiayu was doing. Su Qiuzi shivered and heard a voice not far away from where she stood. Her attention was drawn and she looked up.
A conversation took place in front of a black Mercedes Benz car, and Cai Jiayu was standing there talking to whoever was inside. After talking for a while, she got into the Mercedes.
As the Mercedes Benz sped away, Su Qiuzi squinted her eyes and looked at the license plate, feeling that it was somewhat familiar. But her mind was in a state of limbo and she couldn’t think of anything, so she didn’t think about it anymore.
The car belonged to Cao Tingping, Cai Jiayu had only seen it and never sat in it before. She shrank into the corner of the car seat, her face flushed like an apple. The young girl’s skin was soft and tender, and from Cao Tingping’s point of view, it looked like just-ripe berries, juicy and delicious.
This youthfulness tended to rejuvenate the withered bodies of middle-aged men. Cao Tingping looked at Cai Jiayu, who was like a rabbit, curled up on the side of the cage. Even though the cage was one she had entered voluntarily, she was still full of fear. A man would love for a woman to show fear, which would make his heart rise with a desire to protect.
“You’ve had too much to drink.” Cao Tingping said to Cai Jiayu, adding, “There’s a hotel nearby, I’ll take you there to rest first.”
“No…” Cai Jiayu sharply refused, her voice trembling as she bit her red lips and said, “I… I want to go back to school.”
Cai Jiayu was not a local. After coming to the TV station, she did not go out and rent a house, but stayed in the school dormitory all the time. After she finished speaking, she looked at Cao Tingping with watery eyes, full of pleading.
Looking at the tears in her eyes, Cao Tingping smiled, and told the driver, “Go to the hotel.”
He Yu had originally been able to arrive before Su Qiuzi had finished, but a sudden case came in hand to tangle him. He drove to the parking lot only to find Su Qiuzi leaning against a shell-colored Cadillac.
He parked the car next to her, and Su Qiuzi looked up at him without moving. He Yu took a closer look, only to find that the girl’s cheeks were crimson and felt something was wrong.
He Yu’s eyes moved slightly, stopped the car, opened the door and walked toward her.
Su Qiuzi had spotted the black car a long time ago. She was waiting for the person in the car to come out, the light in her brown colored eyes flickering, but she didn’t go over right away.
He Yu came late and she was angry.
She stood there, raised her eyes at He Yu, and snorted a little, “What are you doing here?”
Even on her wedding day, she just drank some juice and didn’t drink any alcohol. She was drunk after drinking, which was still the first time He Yu had seen. He looked at her quietly and patiently said, “I came to take Mrs. He home.”
The name “Mrs. He” seemed familiar, bringing out some sweet memories in her dizzy state of mind. Su Qiuzi let out a hot breath and her heart gradually softened, but before she could immediately forgive, she muttered in a low voice, “But I’m not Mrs. He, I’m Little Sweetie.”
She hung her head slightly, like an unwanted doll, completely miserable and looking at him pityingly. He Yu twitched slightly in his heart, his eyebrows were gentle, and he followed her wishes and said, “Well, I’ll take Little Sweetie home.”
The man stood there, suitably dressed and tall, his voice low and gentle, and the corners of Su Qiuzi’s lips rose uncontrollably as soon as he spoke. She looked at him sweetly in her heart and with a thud, she ran over and hugged him.
He Yu had a light aroma of ocean mixed with vanilla on his body, which smelled particularly good. She hugged him and sniffed, the little head rubbing against his arms, rubbing so much that the man’s eyes sank.
The girl’s body was soft and still smelled of wine, and the fluffy little clump of head was lifted from his arms after it had rubbed against his body. She tilted her head to look at him, her eyes filled with a hazy glow of starlight.
“Then hurry up and take me home.”
He Yu’s throat twitched, and he looked down at her slightly open lips, the emotions rolling in his eyes.
Okay, he’d take her home now.
