Ye Yu choked for a while before finding her words and she said, “Uh, this…your majesty, you must have misunderstood. It’s not because of her. Hm. At least, I didn’t decide to go to another tavern because I want to avoid her.” 

Xuan Yi softly chuckled and said, “Hm, just take it as that I misunderstood then.” 

Ye Yu replied, “Not take it as if. The truth is right  —”

It seemed like he really didn’t care for the woman’s life who was fighting that evil tyrant, as if it had nothing to do with him.
