Chapter 109: Han Ye Couple Pairing, Make the Ratings Soar (3)
Ye Fan pointed to the window.
“Du Du, do you want to put the goldfish under the sunlight? If they get lots of sunshine, they won’t get sick.”
“Really?” Du Du asked, his eyes wide.
He recalled back to the time he had gotten sick. He pinched his nose, his face with an expression of unwillingness as he shook his head.
“Can’t get sick. The medicine is bitter.”
“Then Du Du must remember to get the fish some sunlight,” Ye Fan pointed to the fish tank on the table.
Du Du patted his chest.
“Of course.”
He carefully picked up the fish tank, placing it next to the window sill.
As the sun shone in, the water surface sparkled. The fish swam inside happily.
Du Du returned to the way he previously was, his eyes watching the fish not moving. After staring at the goldfish for so long, he once again gained back his enthusiasm.
She sat on the sofa, hearing laughter from his direction every now and then. Du Du’s chin rested on his hand, as a row of shining white teeth was revealed.
Ye Fan smiled, her sight resting on Du Du’s figure.
The warm sunlight shone into the room, showing the fine dust floating in the air.
Every little thing looked particularly warm.
……
Ye Fan received a call from Cheng Ping.
“Ye Fan, I know you’re very busy with work, but I’ve found a new piano teacher.”
Previously, when Cheng Ping had asked Ye Fan to teach her daughter how to play piano at home, she did not realize she was a star.
Now that Ye Fan’s name was growing more popular, it wasn’t appropriate for her to continue asking Ye Fan to teach her daughter to play the piano.
Ye Fan played the piano well and taught very patiently. Although Cheng Ping felt it was a shame, there was no other way around it.
Cheng Ping Smiled.
“Xiao Xiao is about to take the piano exam in a few days. Do you think you could come over and give some advice tomorrow?”
Ye Fan always acted professionally. If she could come over and say a few words, Cheng Ping would be able to rest assured.
“Of course,” Ye Fan responded.
Ye Fan hung up and looked down. Du Du was standing at her feet. When she was on the phone, he hadn’t made a single sound.
But now, he was looking at her with big eyes like black grapes.
Ye Fan bent down and touched Du Du’s little head.
“Baby, what’s wrong?”
“Mommy, do you have to go to work?” Du Du asked.
Du Du’s head lagged and his chubby face drooped down.
A look of disappointment and loss.
She rubbed his small nose, gently saying, “I’m just heading out to help someone.”
Du Du raised his head, also raising his hand up high as he jumped up and down.
“Mommy, I want to go too!”
He was worried that Ye Fan didn’t see it, so he raised his hand even higher.
His milky voice emphasized the words again.
“I want to stay by mommy’s side.”
Ye Fan held onto his hand, giving it a soft kiss.
“Alright, I’ll listen to you.”
She knew what Du Du meant. He was afraid that she would leave again and wanted to stay with her all the time.
Du Du seriously said to her, “Although I’m still a child, I can still help.”
She curled her lips.
“Of course. Du Du is very amazing, of course mommy believes you.”
After hearing Ye Fan’s words, he broke out in a smile once again.
The next day, she took Du Du with her. The car started up
After getting out of the car, Ye Fan carried him, ready to continue walking.
He grabbed Ye Fan’s finger.
Mommy, I can walk by myself.”
Ye Fan lowered her head and stared at him.
He stood up straight, his chubby little hand patted his chest again.
His soft voice rang.
“I understand. I can’t always have mommy hug me. I need to be a role model for others.”
Ye Fan gave him a kiss on his cheek.
“Du Du is very obedient.”
She put Du Du down. He marched forward with his stubby legs, following Ye Fan.
Ye Fan rang the doorbell when they arrived at Cheng Ping’s house.
